I met a guy at the gym last night that dose a beef jerky only diet 6 days a week he said. He's huge and has a lot of lean muscle. I'm just curious if anyone else has heard of this. I found it interesting. Doubt I do it because I like some variety. Oh, and he said sometimes he eats yogurt also. I know beef jerky us low in carbs and is jacked with protein. But it can't be good to eat only that is it?
