    Ronnie Coleman's Resurrect P.M.

Curious if anyone has used it.

Getting good sleep has been one of my biggest issues lately. I have been using. a straight melatonin supp but I just feel like melatonin is kinda hit or miss for me. If I get right to sleep after taking it I'm usually okay but if I am up for a bit, say a half hour or so watching tv or something, it just seems to do nothing. Even when I do get right to sleep I often wake in the middle of the night and feel wide awake.

I saw the Resurrect P.M. in a fitness mag and thought it might be worth a shot but it's a bit pricy.

Gaba is only product that will help sleep and its a mild dose. Also magnesium will promote muscle relaxation but I take over double that dose.
Basically another gnc waste of money product imo

3mg.. occasionally I will take 2 or 3 pills if I know I will be able to sleep in. At the 9mg dose (3 pills) I feel very "groggy" in the morning. Almost worse than not taking anything.

Kinda what I figured... No disrespect to Mr. Coleman, just a hype to sell gimmick I'm sure.

Good luck in your journey for good sleep. I made it to 20mg melatonin before moving on to prescription sleep aids. Ambien was ok for a while, but now I can take 20mg of ambien and 50mg seroquel and still have issues getting to sleep most nights. Now I'm looking into DSIP, think ill give it a try and see how it goes.

Wow! I don't think I have any really "diagnosable" sleep problems just not getting the deep sleep I want for great recovery. Sounds rough man..

You should not feel groggy in the morning unless your talking 6 hours later.
What time do you take your melatonin.

    I do 10 mg daily

I usually take it about 1hr before bed about 9pm but I do get up at 5am so depending on how long it takes me to fall asleep it might not be a full 6 hrs.

I try to get to sleep by 10 but that doesn't always happen..

I have been trying not to take it too early because I had this feeling it was wearing off around 3am and I was waking up. Could just be in my head ...
