Wearing a clean tshirt to bed helps too. that way you aren't getting sweat on your sheets every night causing bacteria to grow and then laying in it. keep your sheets clean, dont pick, keep the pores unclogged.

Sacylic acid 2%, benzoyl peroxide 10%, glycolic acid 5% and minocycline 100mg twice a day. Unfortunately I have to use all those but I am almost always pimple free
