    how often to inject eq

how often do you inject eq once or twice because of the long ester?

say 400mg per ml 10 ml bottle.

200mg twice a week or 400mg in one injection?

    Twice a week is fine.

EQ is very mild compound and only thing you will feel at 400mg/week is appetite increase

Not something I would even consider for joint pain. Far better alternatives. Do some more research.
