    The right cycle for me?

    Hey guys, just wanting to pick your brains on the correct cycle to run for my second time. I ran 500mg/ week test e for my first cycle and saw great results. Went from 178-217lbs on a 12 week. Went down to 210 after pct. It has been about a year and a half since i ran. I am currently 6'2" 218lbs roughly 15% bf. i want to run dbol/test e(500mg/wk). I want to lose fat around my midsection so i was considering tren but dont want the sides. I am not fat, i just want my abs back! Any suggestions?

    It's been 1.5 years since your last cycle and you had good results from test only. Nutrition will dictate what happens to your bf during your cycle not the compounds you run. I suggest you run test only again and focus on getting your bf lower during your cycle before considering any other compounds

    Definitely see your point. I think i might do that! Only difference is, i might kickstart with dbol.

    Dbol is gonna make u hold a lot of water mate

    Ive thought about that too. Do u recommend kickstarting with anything since test e takes like a month to kick in? Figured if i did adex .5 eod i would keep the water down a bit.

    I did 500 test e and 250 of deca a week. My first cycle last winter. I went from 175 to 235 after all said and done i was at 190 bout to do my second cycle ( if i Find legit gear without gettin scammed) with the same just a kick start with dbol but im only gonna take that for 5-6 weeks till the other stuff kicks in.

    i wouldn't.. Kick starting is mainly water gain that just goes away after the compound is discontinued and your goal is to get leaner. Test e or c 12 weeks

    Definitely ^^^^^ this, If you really want a kick starter use Test Prop 100mg EOD for 4 weeks with the Test E. ...crazy mike

    No. More is better is not always the best philosophy.

    Thx for all the input guys! I think running just the test for my first time back will be good. Def considering the prop crazy mike! Ill get my diet in check and Ill stack next time.

    Those are some huge gains for your first cycle. I would prob try that out again, maybe throw in the dbol just at the start. If you want more then maybe throw in some deca or EQ. Tren I'd stay away from, yes.

    B_03...I think the gains were so dramatic because i jumped in to a cycle after only been bodybuilding for a year so it was the newbie muscle gains. I told myself i wouldnt do it again til i knew more about diet and weight training thus why i have waited almost 2 yrs to cycle again. It was good to try. It let me know how i react to it and i was relieveved to find im not prone to gyno. I only expect about 15-20lbs this time around.
