    1st Cycle Advice

    Hi Guys,

I am a newbie to this world and really need advice. As mentioned on many write ups, theres tons of options. I just wanna keep things simple and straightforward. I aim for lean muscle growth. I also have one complication and need advice on that.

    My Stats:
    1.84m tall
    83kg
13% body fat (wanna aim for 8%)
    Train 6 days a week
Low Carb diet with and average of 210g protein intake daily.

    Cycle Considering:
Wk 1 to 12: Testosterone Cypionate - 500mg weekly, single dose. (Dont line the idea of pinning twice a week)
    WK 1 to 18: Proviron - 50mg daily
Wk 16 to 18: Nolvadex for PCT (40-40-20)

I want to keep things simple. Therefore the use of just 3 simple items.

Also my complication. I am perfectly healthy but suffer from a venous leak condition. It affects me mentally. So I must admit, I gym hard to get the look mostly to overcome my thoughts around my condition

However, i have an active sex life. With medication ofcourse.

So, given my condition you belive I have "no business" dwelling into roids, then let me know. I shall apprecaite the constructive criticisim. And willing to slave away at gym the natural way.

    Welcome,

Hmm. This proposal is lacking considerably and unsafe. I think you need to understand how your HPTA system works and why your cycle is unsafe before you even cycle.

Please follow these links and read them...

    Good luck.
