hi guys,i am on a bulking diet right i a eating about 300g carbs every day but i have heard that i have to eat all my carbs befor 7 pm to evade fat gain is that true??? coz 300g carbs is a big load of carbs and i am getting it from clean sourses like lentis,beans.. so i have to eat a big ammount of those food and sometime i wakeup at 12m this will give me only 6 hours to eat a shitload of lentis and beans...any suggestion??
