Thought I'd start a progression thread, and use some of the info I had on a comment in the misc section. This seems like a more fitting place for this.
So I started keto for the second time ever. The first time was in grade 11-12 and I started at 185 lbs and dropped to about 10% bf, I think; I was 175 lbs by the end at 5'10. I just checked my weight mid-day yesterday and was 210 lbs at about 12-14% bf, same height; 20 years old now. Last time I checked my weight was a year prior.
