    2nd cycle suggestion

    My first test e 500mg/week only cycle is coming to an end.pct will start next week.and i am starting to plan for my next cycle.(although i will probably rest for 2 months or do a blood test to check levels before jumping back on again)

    Goal of second cycle will be to lose fat and gain strength.

    Current stats:
    6'0 212lbs 15% bf

    Is there any compound that will increase my strength while in calorie deficit? Test+ anavar maybe?

    I will not run tren as its only my second cycle.

    test and var probably be the best. Kinda hard to cut and try to go on a strength binge don't you think? Or at least for me, harder to get stronger while getting smaller but if you can do it go for it.

    Maybe run test at 750mg a week with 80 mg/day of var for last 6 weeks?

    Were you happy with your gains from this cycle? 2 Months off may not be enough time bro. Time on plus pct usually equals time off

    That depends on caloric intake, not gear.

    Yeah...Strength gains are more important to me. How about doing tbol + test e? I know its more of a bulking cycle,but diet will dictate the outcome of your physique right?

    JIms right, you do need to stay off more than 8 weeks in not enough time off to be safe. Time on + pCT = time off. So if you run a 12wk cycle, then start pct 2 weeks after last inj. and roughly 4 weeks of pct you are looking at 18 weeks off.

    And yes at a beginners level diet is always number 1 and will dictate your gains or losses.

    That was my Initial plan...however my main concern is strength gains...will i still be able to make strength gains with test only and while being on a cal deficit?

    and if so should i run 500mg/week again or increase to 750mg/week?

    no matter what your strength will increase on the juice, the question you want to ask is how much? but no one can really answer that for you.

    Well i am planning to compete in my first powerlifting meet next year..in the month of july...now i jus realised i need to plan the my cycle carefully.I realise i can only start my cycle in april...if i start any earlier than april my competition period will be during pct which is a no no..so any experienced users can advise me on what i should do?
