I've quite a bad headache since yesterday, I never get headaches. I thought it would be gone when I woke up this morning but it's still there. My skin is also quite red like I've been sun burnt.

Wrong section.
Start with donating blood, check blood pressure and get a CBC panel. Could be one of 100 million things causing it..

Started with prochem tri sus never had any negative sides on that then after 6 weeks started prop. 100mg eod also been taking 0.25 mg of adex eod...I was goin to book doctors but I'm worried to say what I've been doing...how can I word it to my doctor?

You wouldnt. Don't discuss this stuff with your doc, ever. Just tell the symptoms.

I'd recommend following through with a check up. As Austinite said, you really shouldn't admit to using illegal drugs (steroids) unless it was a life saving/critical matter. Explain that you've had an onset of headaches, light headedness, and shortness of breath. Your doc may chalk it up to anxiety or hypertension but he should at the very least order a basic blood panel to make a differential diagnosis.

I have to be honest. I've looked back over all your post and noticed 1 of 2 things.
You are either not cut out for steroids because you are always posing a something's wrong or hurts or I don't know what this is.
Or you're a hypochondriac.

Woah hold on a min when I first started posting here that was a guess of my height. I am 5'8" why would I lie about my height how weird is that.
