is androgel more of a shock to your testicles than injections

Might sound stupid , however its a questions forum and a lot of smart people here. Is androgel more of a strain because you use it everyday?

I doubt it. When we administer testosterone our body stops it's natural production. Read some post's here, you will read many different time frames in which men's testicals atrophied. Some it took a year or more & some it happened in just a month or two, we are all different. It doesn't matter if we administer a topical, injectable or surgically implanted pellet.

    You're welcome.

What are you trying to say in the last sentence in red?

Sigh, my phone. I'm thinking of trying shots. They are a lot cheaper

Basically shut down is shut down. Method of delivery is a personal choice and should be based on effectiveness of therapy as well as lifestyle and financial considerations.

MUCH cheaper. Aside from topicals not working well for me, the cost was going to be insane when the manufacturer copay card expired. Test Cyp costs a fraction of what topicals do & Test Cyp actually works.
