There are problem that arises when you have a hard on when shitting. The way I see it you have two options.
1) is tuck the hard on into the bowl and face $hitting on your on dick which some people might be into nowadays
2) Leave the exposed hard on out of the bowl and when squeezing a duece out you may force some pee out from the poop push and pee on yourself. A lot of pee can have projectile force with a hard on.
