Just tryin to figure the pros and cons of taiking stims for pre workout. I know they constrict blood vessels which I know hinders your circulation, but the trade off is you might get a little more out of your training. Input?

You will find that most stims DURING EXERCISE actually dilate blood vessels due to calcium channel transfer. So even if they normally would constrict blood vessels, the activity of exercise in the form of cardio or resistance training changes this to an effect of blood vessel dilation. In other words - you get increased intensity as well as dilation of blood vessels....
To this day and for years i use and have used ECA pre workout and def like it.
