Just ran a 6 minute mile, followed by a 415lb deadlift. Pretty stoked!!
Need to run 1.5 miles in 9 min in a few weeks, that's my goal atleast.

Feels great breaking an old record doesn't it?! Are these personal goals or for some sort of competition. Best of luck in attaining them regardless.
We did a fitness evaluation at school 3 weeks ago and I did it in 10:24 or something... which was alright, I was never much of a runner.
So next time I want 9 minutes, wont accept nothing else!
I run 6 minute miles with a 75 lb dumbbell in each hand, under water, while running backwards, in a pool, filled with sharks.
^ Not really, I can't actually do that. But, Good Job, CJ!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

6 minute mile is a great pace. I sure wouldn't feel like setting any deadlift record after that. Impressive.
Austin you were probably wearing your fathers pajamas as well right ?
6 min mile is speed 10 on a treadmill, atleast the ones where I workout. It was rough, I mentally gave up at minute 3 but just kept on going. I'd like to deadlift 3x bodyweight eventually but I doubt I will get that far.
