    Quad,hams,calf

Need some advice to aid in getting some size for my legs. They are by no means small but I want them HUGE. My current routine is this:
    Leg press
    275 x12 warm ups
    400 x10 2set
    475 x8 2set
    Squat (ass to grass)
    250 x10 2set
    325 x 8 2set
    Leg lift:
    170 to failure 3x
    Seated calf press
    125 to failure 3x
    Standing calf raise
    200 to failure

Also: I continually add more weight each week. I feel that I'm not as sore as I should be and not working the muscle to their max even tho I'm going till failure on most sets.

Change your style of training. Less reps and sets. Up your intensity.

Should take a read of marcus diary in the lounge.

    And no hams?

Ill do reverse leg curls for hams every other leg day. So your saying more weight lower reps?
Monday is leg day and I was going to shoot for 20 plates sets of 5. And 8 plates on the squat same amount. What about calfs? I beat the shit out of them and they are relatively full but won't split.

That's a sick work out. They all are. Guys a beast. I do most of that now. I think I need to step up my "till failure" game in leg lifts and press. I'm going to check out Marcus's thread. He has great knowledge on many levels. Thanks for your help brother

Watch how marcus talks about failure. Most of us "think" we go to failure.

Also once u hit failure. Drop set it at least once. Do this training ffor a month a u will see a huge improvement

I'll give it a go. I'm doing 6 days right now and I'm always throwing random calf work in there. Adding some random hams might help shock them.

Calves are fine. They're like abs, you can train them as often as you want.
