Need some advice to aid in getting some size for my legs. They are by no means small but I want them HUGE. My current routine is this:
Leg press
275 x12 warm ups
400 x10 2set
475 x8 2set
Squat (ass to grass)
250 x10 2set
325 x 8 2set
Leg lift:
170 to failure 3x
Seated calf press
125 to failure 3x
Standing calf raise
200 to failure
