Ok, so I’m 5’10.5 (don't forget that .5!), 185 lbs about 14 (maybe a little less percent BF) at 35 years old and have been lifting hard for two years. I have previous lifting experience (along with several sports) and am generally healthy. I believe both my CNS and tendons/ligaments are in good shape and have had larger muscles on them than I have at the moment.
I track every calorie I eat and my macros are good for my size. I have been on a rest period for about six weeks as I was had a minor injury (related to martial arts) and wanted to rest, but am good now.
I have a solid workout routine (4-day split with which is basically a customization of HST which has helped me grow naturally). Form, discipline, etc. is good I think.
I did try a PH (Epi from Havoc) and had mixed results with it. Grew a bit, but lost most of it. No real sides to speak of except foamy urine which has mostly gone away. Finished Epi and PCT about three months ago.
I’d like to do a starter AAS cycle and am thinking of the following (per http://forums.steroid.com/anabolic-s...look-here.html)
Wk 1-10 Test Cypionate = 200mg 2x/wk e3.5d
Wk 1-10 Arimidex .25mg EOD – monitoring
Wk 1-12.5 hCG = 250iu 2x/wk – day before test injection
PCT weeks 13 – 17
Clomid 75/50/50/50
Nolva 40/20/20/20
Questions:
- Is it necessary to run both Clomid and Nolva during PCT? I'm not prone to gyno or anything.
- Does this look good, any recommendations or changes?
I’ve had BW done a couple of times in the last two years, the most recent being less than a month ago.
Not sure how to paste a table in here, but basically everything was good/normal (from a full blood panel). If there’s something specific you’d like to see let me know.
I asked for a T test and here are the results:
Testosterone Free – 26
Testosterone Total – 576
Note this was after being on Epi for like 5 weeks. I went to the doc. Because I had very foamy urine. All he found was high creatinine levels, told me to lay off of things for a month and then everything came back fine. I did *not* however get a second T test, so the T may be lower now? IDK.
Thanks for any input.
