Deca, anavar, and test cycle

Height: 6'0
Weight: 195
Body fat: 17%

I'm about to undergo this cycle. I was curious to know if anavar will shred some belly fat an reduce my body fat? Thank you much appreciated.

Some say it will some say it won't. I'll say it's depends on how it reacts with your body. Ultimately your diet is more important. For me it does.

Your cycle is very low on the androgenic scale, i think switching out the deca for something like tren would help more with the fat burning. But lik ppwc said, its all diet.

ive done this cycle
test 600mg week
deca 300mg week
anavar 100mg day
anavar did not help with fat burning as i was eating high cals also using deca bloated me out abit but the anavar made my strength go right up !

I do not think what you use will make much difference. Train a lot more, do lots of cardio and reduce food intake. I hate diets, I just know, eat less lose weight. Eat more and more frequently and gain. Once your body starts to lose weight, 2 to 3 weeks then you can see what you are doing. Regards John
