Need your help planning my cycle

Hey all, how are you, i really like this website because of all the good information and experiened members.

So, i am planning my third cycle and i need your help.

I have test e 300mg/ml and deca 250mg/ml
And i have proviron, hcg, clomid , nolvadex and arimidex.

Can you please help me plan this cycle? And my pct ? Any post will be useful.
Ps: how to combat deca erictile dysfunction ?

Google some of the older posts on test/deca cycles and put together a tentative cycle for yourself, then ask for opinions. Too many variables for someone to put together a cycle for you based solely on the info you just gave.

That is why you are here, right? Anyhow, you will receive better help you you list your stats. Ie.,height, weight, bf %, age, other cycles ran and of course your goals.

I'm sure they will as well dude, when he follows the procedures already outlined on this board. I don't see anyone lining up to write out an entire cycle for the man. Encourage ppl to do their own research, formulate their own hypothesis, and then submit them for critique. Best way to truly learn a subject.

You want to be spoonfed? This is not what we do. Please take time to research the forum so that you can propose a full and complete cycle for critique. We spent WAY too much time putting together sticky threads for you to read and learn. Since we did most of the leg work, we expect some leg work from you.

What were your first two cycles? How did your plan those? You seem to have everything on hand.......almost. might need something for any prolactin sides?

It just sounded rude and uncaring to tell someone to go google their answer! Instead we should say what you just replied with! Point them to the "stickies" at the top of the page! Wouldn't you rather someone learn a proper cycle from "us" than somewhere else on "google"?
I don't mean any disrespect! I too am new to this site man. And I can say that it does give off the wrong vibe when people (experienced members) tell us newbies to go google our questions. Isn't that what we are all here? Now enough about this and either help the guy or not...it's up to you guys...the experienced.

This dude has all the help he needs right here.. he has been advised to read the stickies, use google and do his own research so people who do know what to do will feel he has already shown enough interest in his own health to learn about what he is wanting to use. It not that people dont want to help, but rather that the newer members think that because they joined the community they are now entitled to having cycles tailored to them. Not the case and by directing them to do.some research, they are getting the besr help available.

Just type in test e and deca cycle in the search bar on this page or go look on the Internet and plan a cycle out then post your gameplan and we,ll pick out the dinks in it.

I was planning on doing 10 weeks deca at 500 mg per week
And test e for 12 weeks at 600 mgsbper week
And start pct at week 14 for 4 weeks this way :
Clomid 100/50/50/50
Proviron throughout cycle at 50 ed
And hcg starting week 4 at 500 twice per week

The problem is that im not sure how to use arimidex, and if i should use nolva or not because of deca, i hope i cleared things out guys so you can help me

- Replace the worthless proviron with Nolvadex @ 40/20/20/20/20/20
- hCG from week 1, not week 4. hCG stops when steroid injections stop. 250 IU twice or thrice weekly will suffice.
- Have cabergoline or pramipexole on hand (or use it) to combat progestin side effects.
- You must use an aromatase inhibitor on cycle, such as aromasin or arimidex. (Arimidex 0.25 every other day)
- Nolvadex and nandrolone can be used together, I don't see the issue. Only needed if gynecomastia develops or to prevent.
- You need blood work pre cycle, blood work mid cycle and blood work 6 weeks post PCT. Don't guess with the side-effect-combating doses.

Thanks mate, so you are saying 6 weeks pct
Should i add clomid?
And my arimidex is dosed in 1 mg tablets, how can i take .25mg ?

Any suggestions on this cycle ?

6 weeks with Nolvadex, and 4 weeks with clomiphene as you originally outlined.

Get a pill cutter for your arimidex, or take 0.5mg every 3rd day.

I just gave you a ton of suggestions, what specifically are you looking for? Please be very specific.

Will follow your advice, i want to bulk up and minimize the estrogen and water retention by using arimidex, but im still worried about deca erictile dysfunction

Nandrolone decanoate does not cause erectile dysfunction. Humans cause this by failing to manage estrogen, which causes progestin side effects to become amplified. More reason for blood work.
