Before I even look at it, I'm going to assume it's a picture of a guy with a hemmroid ??? I had a friend send me some BS picture with a story to go along with it. Now let me look at it.

Yup, my guess was correct. Anyways, I think it's a BS story. I mean seriously, how are they gonna get a picture at the time of when it happens. The guy is practically posing for a picture. If you blew out your O-ring, I highly doubt you'd stay in a squatted position. Any fierce pain drops you on your back / to your knees immediately.
