i noticed..
make little difference, there's already 2 other online black markets up and running, and if/when they get shutdown, there will be another to replace it...
I guess this is the new trend...and as more go down the others toughen up by learning from mistakes...anyway...im anti drugs so i guess cant comment much![]()
Very interesting i love a good rag to riches story.
lol i would have cashed out at 100 million $
at the end of the day, 1 site got shut down and 1 man got arrested, business as usual for everyone else...
My dream was always to be a philanthropist
Silkroad sold other things besides drugs. I honestly don't think they're going to be able to get the drug charges to stick. Also that whole hitman thing sounds a little far-fetched. And I definitely wouldn't take the FBI's word on it. Especially since the site itself was supposed to make these sales untraceable.
Lol awesome
I wonder how much money was spent tacking this guy down.
If its done with juice why wouldnt it be done with drugs I guess
it nevered said if the guy was actually murdered..or did I miss that
I always figured you could buy drugs online but not with a legit rating system. As soon as I get my new laptop I want to sign up to one of the sites. Very curious.

More about the story
Now I know what and why when that site was mentioned a few weeks ago it was quickly removed and asked not to be discussed.
I had no idea or reason to know that sites like that existed.
The concept behind BitCoins are interesting. Some saying it's a way to fight the current currency corruption and manipulation although it seems questionable and manipulated itself. I say we go back to the good old barter and trade or better yet like on startrek, it's all free, no currency.
