    Steroids cause Gout in knee?

Over the last week had fluid build up in my knee without injury, avoiding injecting that leg, today so painful couldn't walk. Went to ER they drained 40cc of fluid and steroid shot in middle of my knee. Said could be Gout infection. Could this be related to steroids? Tomorrow I go for blood tests and lab x ray.
Curious on your thoughts. Currently on about week 8 of sustanon cycle and tren ace. Took about 12 days worth of anavar ending two weeks ago and supply ran out, but that's what you get for not gettin everything ready before hand.

Gout is caused by a build up of Uric acid! Are you saying you injected your knee?
I have never heard of steroids related to gout. I did have a doctor treat me once for 7 years before a second opinion told me if I had gout she would grow wings.

Not all doctors have good knowledge. Good luck. John

ps Please tell me you did not inject your knee!

Do you work on your knees? I got it on my left knee but that's due to working all day on my knees waterproofing. Had before cycling, so doubt that got anything to do with it.

Did you happen to inject your quad? Sounds like you didn't get deep into the muscle and the oil leaked/pooled up at the knee. It can be uncomfortable. The pain could be due to the gear crashing inside.

No no lol did not inject my knee. I do proper injections of my quads from spot injections. Com
With 25g 1" needles buried all the way.

My thighs are very trim, and I have what looks like no fat, so I know I'm getting it all into the muscle. None has ever leaked out or anything after the injection either.

Gout can be so easily and accurately diagnosed if you send the fluid aspirated for microscopy. Which I am sure your Dr would have done. No guessing required.

I do proper injections too, and it's happened to me. Luck of the draw there, more to do with injection spot than your skill level.

Gout is caused by Uric acid as a result of renal troubles. It typically starts in the extremities for circulatory reasons and usually the toe because it pools due to gravity. Infection yes, gout no.

Not necessarily wrong, but not all spots on that website I would recommend, look at the bicep shot, straight through the peek. Big fat no no.
