Trying to cut fat ... From what I read. Do a body recalabration for 10 days cutting out all carbs to deplete the body. After the 10th day go all day without carbs till after you workout and more or less carb up till time for bed ( good carbs )

Look up ketogenic diets and. Lyle McDonald. Basically your intake is mostly dietary fat, less protein and trace carbs <25-50g
