What's the shelf life of var tabs (10mg pink squares) and liquid T-3. Had some health concerns and injuries for about a year now and starting to make a turn for the better. The var I've had for about 18 months and the T-3 I've had for about 6 months.

Those chemicals shouldn't go bad for a long time.

2 years for liquid tamox. 9 to 12 months for everything else that's liquid.
