If the tissue has developed already then I don't think you will be able to make tissue go away that has grown and matured. How long has it been there and what's you bf %?

My bf is about 10-12% I use an electronic one that sucks balls so you know how that it and it does have the tissue I can feel it in the back of it im 29 so of course it has matured but I heard razor was able to get it reversed even after the tissue had came..

go with tamoxifen. if its pubertal, you prolly can get a legit script for it from ur doc. It can remove the lump, but wont do anything for the puffiness.

tamoxifen or raloxifene.
Tamox dosage 40 mg/day 1st week droppingto 20mg/week for duration of treatment.
Ralox 60mg/day for entire duration of treatment.
I do not recommend an ai for gyno treatment.

QP, if you have had Gyno for years I don't believe you can reverse it. You most certainly don't use an AI. You need to understand your Endo system and know about why and what the cause of high Estrogen and Gyno.
Also from the pictures you posted you have big nipples and I don't see the mass of tissue that will come as a result of Gyno. This is your body, but you are probably prone, so be careful. Also with using an AI so you don't crash your E2.
