I am currently 23 years old. I weigh 235. My body fat is 19.8% my diet is clean and I lift and do cardio minimum 5 times a week.
When I started in the gym, 2 years ago, I was 21 and weighed 365lbs.
I've gotten this far and am so far very impressed with how my upper body has transformed. Arms chest mid to upper back and my shoulders I'm pretty happy with. My legs are ok size wise i need to tone some more. But my biggest issue is my mid section. I still have some fat on my sides like my love handle area. But I do have a lot of loose skin as well. I was hoping for something that could tone and tighten me pretty well.
If I left out anything please let me know. But thanks in advance for any advice.
Would Winstrol be right for me? Alone or stacked? How much how long? Just any advice would be helpful. Thank you.
