Tried to post the link but cant because I don't have enough posts. It is basically an article on insulin use based on mega doses of protein (mostly whey) of 600gr daily and low carb. Instead of me trying to explain everything here just google The Ultimate “No Fat Gain†Insulin Program and look for an article that mentions Mike Zumpano and Dan Duchain in the third paragraph.
