Lat injections

Cant find anything on google or youtube for lat injections. Do you just aim for the meatiest part or is there a specific area? If there is a specific area a diagram would be much appreciated. Thanks in advance

I can see some of my veins in my lats I just avoid them and go from top to 1/4 of the way from the bottom.
