    What Cycle To Use As A Beginner ?

    Hi im just starting to think about which steroids to buy but I am not sure what to purchase yet, I will include my routines,diet,workout and such.
    -5'11 1/2
    - 227 pounds
    - 15% Body Fat


    - I workout 5 days a week (1 hour 30 mins each day)
    - Alittle bit of cardio I am goona start going for runs in the morning.
    - I eat about 2000-3000 calories a day ( thats my problem
    I think because im trying to lose my chub and become more lean and muscular)
    - Currently using creatine, glutamine, pre workout and protein powder.

    So pretty much I am abit chubby and want to look more lean and muscular. I am not sure which steroids to buy to acheive my goal so I was wondering if you guys could help me out on that and which kind of cycles to use, how long they are, pricing.

    Hey man! At 18 years old, the best thing to do is push yourself in the gym and the kitchen. That's not what you want to hear but it's true. Your endo system is still developing and running a cycle could cause many issues in the future. I was natural up until I was 24. The changes I made in my body from 18 to 24 were crazy. It takes time and dedication. What does your diet consist of?

    Thanks for the reply bigZ, My diet consists of
    Breakfast: Apple
    3 eggs
    water

    Lunch:
    Chicken
    Rice
    Corn

    Dinner:
    Steak
    Potatoes
    Corn

    Thats what Im eating so far and please take into consideraton I am going to use some type of steroid forsure so please treat me as if I was 25 years old and you were giving me honest help because I would rather have your opinion because you know what you are doing than someone who is not interested, you know what I mean?

    Hey Austin the one thing I will suggest and I'm willing to bet everyone is going to say to you is you need to lose some bodyfat before you jump on the gear. The juice will not shred the fat for you and if you go on with such a high BF % you will run into problems. So this is what I would recommended. Slim down. Look into carb backloading. IM fasting. IIFYM. Start tracking what you eat and if you must do some cardio. Then for a first cycle run 500mg test E for 10 weeks. Two pins a week. Then run Nolva and Clomid for PTC. Hope this helps.     What body percent do you think I should get at also weight? Im currently at 227. And by pins do you mean 2 injections a week?

    Yes 2 shots a week. Spaced out as far apart as possible. I would say try and get to 12% or so. You can do whatever you want. All I'm saying is make sure you get everything in order before you start or you are just going to waste your money and harm your health. I know it sucks so wait and if you are determined to start then educate yourself. Read read read.

    Can you give me a good cardio excercise, what i should eat and about carb backloading? Im pretty much looking for a good diet plan and cardio routine

    Losing weight is simple. You need to eat below your daily coloric intake. So research how to find out what your intake is. Then start weighing your food and tracking what you ans putting into your body. Look up carb backloading. I don't dp cardo so I don't know. I would recommend the stair climber thing or uphill sprints. Or pushing a car around a parking lot lol. Look up cardo aswell. Doing cardio is only going to help you get more in that caloric deficit.

    How bout we all come to your house and just feed and train you? You are not ready in any way, shape or form for this and are going to damage your HPTA possibly causing irreparable harm for decades to come.

    Google TDEE. This will give you an estimated caloric intake for your body at this time. You will want to be in a caloric deficit to help shed body fat.

    I know you say your mind is made up......but have you done any research on potential problems that you could run into? I know some guys at my gym who are 18 and have the same mind set as you. They both ran cycles without doing any research..They both stopped early because the sides were to much for them and now they both have gyno issues..

    All I ask is that you put some research in so you are fully aware of what you will be getting into. I know I can't make up your mind for you. I just want you to be aware of the risks. I'd hate to see someone mess themselves up over something stupid. Especially when the goal is obtainable without gear.

    Real talk. You won't get much help here. Everything you want to know is on the internet. Your going to have to look it up yourself. No one person can tell you exactly what to do because everyone is different. If you are dead set on doing gear the cycle I recommended will work! I'm out bro. Good luck

    you lack the physical and mental maturity to cycle. It's in your best interest to wait and learn to train and diet naturally.

    I'm just now 25 and I know now I wasn't mentally and physically mature enough I start when I did. Wait until you are older. Get your training and diet down. Steroids will till be there when you are old enough.
