Hey I was planning a nice bulk cycle, but alot of guys told me that if i had alot of bodyfat percent to lean up some before hand...So i did and this is how...And i will be the 1st to say it was one awful diet
I pretty much ate the same thing all 12 weeks..
Workout'd out 5 times a week did cardio the same....would come home and play some basketball with some friends..
meal one: Tuna with protein shake
meal two: protein bar
meal three: Baked chicken
meal four: two cans of tuna
meal five: baked chicken with alittle red meat
i took Xenadrine EFX Quick Loss Kit and Xenadrine through out the diet..use'd lean body for protein bars
During the day protein PRO-RATED 100% WHEY BANANA
before workout and after Methoxy Pro Chocolate
Funny thing is im so happy with the way i look, and all the sweat i put into my hard work...think im not even gonna do a cycle anymore..
