Here's the scoop - I've been away for quite some time. In my prior life I was cooking my own Tren, driving 1500mg/week of sust 250, not sure how much Equipoise and Deca and I was shooting some other crazy concoction into my biceps and calves. I was approximately 5'11" and 270lbs...and then the bottom fell out. Tore my quad; rotator cuff and pec preparing for the Nationals and that was the end of my bodybuilding "career".
Many years later, I have the "urge" to get back in shape and maybe even step on stage once again (local show).
I used to be quite savvy and new all about the different gear. Today - it has ALL changed...well at least most of it.
Here is my "back at it" stack.....(keep in mind, I'm not a beginner but I have been off for a few years). I'm in my 40's; my diet will be perfect and my training will be perfect.

Sust250 (was always one of my favs) - 500mg a week divided into two 250mg doses on Monday and Thursday
NPP - 500MG / week divided into three shots a week
HGH Frag - 500mcgs / day (half in the am and half in the pm before bed)
GHRP6 - 250mcg / day divided into 3 shots a day
Mod GRF - 100mcg / day
Arimidex - .50 EOD throughout
Triptorelin - 100mcg 10 days after last injection
Nolvadex - 20mg a day for 4 weeks 20 days after last injection
