no thanks on cardio, i do add 5-10 min of HIIT sprinting at end though, and diet is keto
yea and most people that jumped on AAS before had a different stack for cutting, wat was it, ECA?

I use t3 whether I'm cutting on or off cycle. Also take a look at the research chemical ostarine. I used it before a cycle while cutting and it helped me maintain muscle mass. I don't like the EC stack as it give me the jitters and I feel like my heart is going to explode while doing cardio. Also I have trouble sleeping while using it.
Many people myself included can cut without cardio to respectable BF levels, obviously not going to get to ~5% without some form of energy expenditure. I still do cardio though regardless bc it can not only help keep the heart and cardiovascular system healthy but some evidence suggests it can help keep fat oxidizing pathways open and active even during a bulk.![]()
I don't disagree. I do cardio bulking or cutting. For the OP to pretty much dismiss the suggestion and aim for a reliance on 'magic pills' is, as said, a poor choice. But then he is considering cycling at 20 years old.

Sure, ECA is nice to toss in there but you shouldn't need it to get 14%.
cant get my hands on clen/t3 because i cant find a trustworthy source here in greater toronto area in canada, so my options are limited to OTC
read above, whatever energy i have left, which is not much, i'l do HIIT with it at the end of lifting. probably can do 5-10 mins of it too.
i agree, and lifting in itself is partially akin to it as well for my HR is pretty high during the entire lifting session (i drop set everything)
i dont like extensive cardio/period. doing keto because i like it, and its always been my traditional type of diet
no im not, i just wanted to know if anyone else uses non AAS products for cutting, did a thorough search last night on forums to come and confirmed ECA only for OTC
BF % are blown out of proportion and constantly inflated. 14% bf to me is abs are visible without flexing, currently at 17-18% bf and can see stark outlines. im also 6'1 185

Sometimes you have to do things you don't like. Follow up 10 minutes of true HIIT with 15-20 minutes moderate intensity and it will help enormously.

I think the op should quit being a p^ssy and do some cardio, I have never heard so many pathetic excuses in my life. Then again he is 185 if that with 18 percent bodyfat so I question if he has ever even worked out before. May seem harsh but the op needs it.

50mcg a day when I'm cutting on or off cycle. I keep the dosages low with the t3. I have had great success with it. Believe me it makes cutting much easier.
I have read some people mention muscle loss, but I haven't experienced that. All I know is that I lose fat consistently without the fat loss plateaus I used to experience.
