IBS is ruining my gains and life?

So i have always been skinny 6ft 2, 9st 8. however i have managed to kill myself for 2 years in the gym and in the shop, and now im a more reasonable 12st 10. i have been 13st 6. of pretty much muscle, but that was with some help

I have always thought my body had a fast metabolism because I had to go to the toilet a lot, literally after every meal. (now i need to go before every meal) and it has made me think, i am just wasting my money, and i want to slow my metabolism down, so I went to the doctor and he said that i have IBS because i have such regular bowel movements. so he gave my some fybo-gel to add fibre to my diet. did not work.

i have tried many diets, going to the extreme with 7 meals a day, all out chicken breast, pasta, pop tarts, weigh gain shakes, lots of water... and i did put on size, but i hit a wall, but i was spending soo much money and eating wayy more than other people. and i have decided to just give up. i literally feel like killing myself, i am Obsessed with my body, i am still skinny especially my forearms and bottom of my legs below my calves, and i hate it. it does not matter how much i eat, i cant break through 13stone natural... my body does not process the food i eat, for example

if i where to eat a large chicken breast theres avg 40g protein in the breast, a normal persons body may consume and process 70%+ of this protein over the time its in there body, however my body seems to only absorb around half or less, because it moves through my system soo qucikly.

    Does anybody have any tips?

My diet was super clean, only pasta, and chicken, with protein shakes and such, no milk, i have tried other diets with milk, and now currently im testing a mostly oats diet, where i eat around 1kg of oats and 4 pints of milk a day along with 2 normal meals, and almods, simply because its high in fibre, cheap, good protein and amazing carbs, also high calries around 5000 a day,

    and still no luck?

Just a little yuk information, so skip if you like (i do usually go to the toilet, No.2 around 5-7 times a day, and they are not small bowel movements either)

So i really have no idea what too do, it is stressing me out, and wasting all my money. and i feel my time in the gym is being wasted, when i could be making progress :/

    Thanks

Have you tried a zero carb diet? Not low carb but zero carb?

    Thanks

How could you possibly determine how much protein you are absorbing ( your chicken breast theory).

Is it coming out undigested in the toilet ? I don't see any vegetables in your diet, I suggest trying some.
    Do you ever eat legumes?

Have you tried the GAPS diet?

    Are you using probiotics?

Have you tried increasing the spaces between meals? (I find that helps: less frequent feedings, slower-digesting meals)

Why haven't you eliminated all irritants from your diet?
