Which type of zinc would you recommend? Also, ok to get the ones with the copper included?
Thanks

These are my top OTC brands:
- LEF (Life Extension)
- NuMedica
- NOW Products
- Jarrow
- Xymogen
- BIO-TECH
- McPherson Labs
- Neuro Biologix
Best to find one that has 50mg zinc, 2mg copper and ~ 50 mcg iodine. I think Solary makes it, which is not on my list but still a decent brand.

I use ZMA type OTC product alot.
Z= Zinc , M= Magnesium, A = aspartate
"Zinc L-aspartate, often simply called zinc aspartate, is a chelated zinc supplement "
never taken a copper supp on its own. why are you taking it? if you dont mind me asking :-)
^ Not sure why OP is, but Zinc/Copper and DIM is my alternative to Arimidex for TRT.
As for copper, your levels drop whenever your body utilizes Zinc and Vitamin C. Plays a decent role in collagen formation, enhanced taste and skin condition/color and energy as well. If you're not deficient it's not vital. Deficiency can result in Hyperlipidemia (high blood fat). Supplementation will help with the "dips" caused by C and zinc utilization.

Austinite,
Have you ever used the Dr. VITA brand for any supplements? Not just zinc. Curious your thoughts on this brand as the prices and doses seem to be some of the best.

You might have to play around with the different brands/types of Zinc. I don't supplement with Zinc anymore but when I did, I couldn't take it in pill form. I tried a few different brands and they always made me nauseous. When I switched over to a liquid mineral zinc though I never had a problem and it seemed to be more effective.
