Help with deciding if I'm ready for a cycle

I'm looking for sme general information on if you guys believe my body, workout plan, diet plan are right for a cycle that is being recommended to me. I just feel this can either help me reach goals or totally screw my body up if not done properly. Also just looking for honest answers, please don't worry about how your answer is gonna make me feel, truly just looking for honesty.

    I'm 24 years old male
    5'11" tall
188 lbs currently heaviest weight 293 lowest 172
12% body fat that's my guess, I've done the BIA and it put me at 13.245% the teacher at personal training school took my measurements and put me at 6.4% which I believe is an absolute joke for someone to tell me. Trying to get to UT for a DEXA scan to get as accurate as possible. Where would y'all put my body fat percentage

This would be first cycle and am being recommended to do 500mg injection of test e, Mondays and Thursdays. The guy that's recommending never really cycles off when he's done with this cycle he injects test e at what the body would naturally produce. He admits this isn't a healthy way to go about it. And I know I don't want to do it that way. Just wondering what kind of dose of test e would be good for first cycle what to take with it and when? What's a good first cycle if 500mg twice a week isn't?

I've been training since I was 17. Had a shoulder injury and took 6 months to recover. I've been consistently training for 5 years now.

Current workout program: I cycle a 6 day week
    Monday- chest, triceps
    Tuesday- back, biceps
    Wednesday- rest
    Thursday- legs
    Friday- shoulders, arms
    Saturday-rest
    Sunday- reset -chest, triceps
I work core everyday but day 5
    Day 3 has a 20 minute run

Diet: 40%, carbs 40% protein, 20% fat at 4037 calorie goal.

Supplements: multi vitamin, glucosamine, omega threes and sixes, whey protein, carb complex, casein protein, bcaa, glutamine.

My goal is to add 6-8 pounds of lean mass and hopefully drop body fat%.

Triceps 3 times a week? That sounds a little excessive. Twice at the most. Also over a hundred pound difference. What was your bf percent when you were 290? Were you over weight or still where around 12 percent bodyfat?

    Bf% looks more around 15+ I'm guessing that 293 is a typo?

Thanks. I've just gotten frustrated I've been stuck at this point for a while now, and eat extremely cleanly, bust my ass at the gym and don't know where to go at this point to see more results.

    What are your goals?

Goals would be to gain 6-8 pounds of lean mass and drop body fat percentage. And develop more firmness. It's just no matter what I do I can't get rid of my belly. Even when I cut to 172 pounds I had the belly believe its dead skin cells would like to try and fill it with muscle.

bout 18-20% bro looks like, could be 16% but I cant really tell from the light and your hair. I think you can put more muscle on with diet and HIT training before you decide to use. 4k is a lot for someone your size, you should be growing if your training is intense enough.

It's hard for me to eat that much but if I don't I shred weight while body fat increases according to BIA and Calipers
