Question Random Eat VS Everyday Workout

Hi guys, i am eating random now, i eat rice, i eat fried chicken, fish, steak anything. I take prot3in powder too..But i am sure i eat lots of protein. Can i train everyday ? At least i have lots of cals n fat since i eat random.

Or... still the body need rest.

    Thanks for sharing your experience.

If I'm understanding your thought process, you're asking if more eating will allow for less rest. IMO, the answer is absolutely not. Food/nutrients are what's used for repair, but the body needs rest in order to maximize the efficiency of the repair/growth process. You're training should be all out intense no matter what. i.e. I would not alter my training frequency based on higher/lower caloric intake alone.

Rest is equally important to diet and training, as was said you grow when resting.

Personally I went from training 6 days a week to training 4 days and I actually saw a significant difference. I keep the intensity of my workouts much higher and more consistent and focus on resting and eating as much as possible.
