Warrior is right look for information from all sources then come up with what works best for you. Both of Arnold's encyclopedia books are great.
yea its like 30 at a bookstore near me. I got musclemag's encyclopedia of bodybuilding too another great one to get
Arnold is a great bodybuilder, but personally i think he is a frickin idiot.
