When to start AI?

Hi guys,

Just performed first pin today (I have a log in the results forum)

Will take the advice of others here and run AI throughout, as opposed to just having it if I need it.

Should I start taking the .25mg EOD immediately? (today). I don't want to crash my E2 before aromatisation from excess test has even started..

This thread states to start 2 days after pin, is this advice fairly universally accepted as good?

You won't really crash your E2 but take it day 1 or 2. The article I believe mentions day 2 just so the body has a chance to start the aromatization process before administering the AI.

It wont make a big difference, 1 or 2 is fine.

I think its best to start it immediately,,day one if you can ideally,,but within the 1st few days will suffice.
