    What have you heard?

I was being a little flippant with my earlier answer. It depends why you want to eat fruit, what diet style you are following, how much of it you eat and, partly, where in your day you eat it.

I regularly eat apples, bananas and, my fave, pineapple.

Blueberries in my books are the only worth while fruit to eat for sugar to beneficial ratio.

but you will see most people on this web site are not in great shape, and choose to not be overly strict with what they eat. Buyer beware

Do the fruit of your choice fit the macro goal and your overreaching diet goal? If the answer is Yes then eat it.

    Thanks
