    help with cutting?!

    Ok so im cutting at the moment.. my weight is 208 and 13% body fat. I calculated my TEED and i am eating about 200,300 calories less.. well i am really hungry all the time.. but i reach my calorie limit according to my TEED. i calculated using my LBM. so what do i do? i mean i train hard but sometimes feel that my cutting is really making me kind of weak at the gym.. because im hungry but i dont want to eat to go above my TEED.. any suggestions..? my goal is to get to 10% BF.

    you're not supposed to feel hungry, your diet is off. you need to eat more greens and eliminate any calori liquids. its better to post your diet.

    What are your macro's and what is your workout regimen, including cardio?
