Ok so im cutting at the moment.. my weight is 208 and 13% body fat. I calculated my TEED and i am eating about 200,300 calories less.. well i am really hungry all the time.. but i reach my calorie limit according to my TEED. i calculated using my LBM. so what do i do? i mean i train hard but sometimes feel that my cutting is really making me kind of weak at the gym.. because im hungry but i dont want to eat to go above my TEED.. any suggestions..? my goal is to get to 10% BF.
