    Sex/cardio?

Can a 45 minute session in the sack be counted towards your cardio? I have heard that you really shouldn't consider sexual activities to be part of your workout. But if your going at it for longer than a half an hour and your heart rate is up, why wouldn't it be? This is a legit ament question.

Any activity goes towards your expenditure. The very post you typed did.

Once I'm sweating, it counts as cardio.
