    Depends on your diet.

Food is what is needed for bulking.

There is a sticky on creatine to inform. It may help you but it isn't needed.

The protein shakes may assist you but they aren't needed either.

I recommend posting your diet in nuitrition section, tell them your goals and your routine and kindly ask for advice. You must have a detailed diet, you also really needed to find out your TDEE and if you are bulking you need to eat a surplus of calories over your TDEE.

You may also want to look in the supplements thread and check out the essential supplements for those who do not like to supplement written by austinite. Most multi vitamins are garbage, BTW.

so why do you guys prefer macros from real food rather than protein shakes?? both have "what you need".

also, what's wrong with multivitamins? doesn't they help at all? if no, then i wont buy them.

    beef
    chicken
    fish
    oats
    sweet potatoes
    and lost of greens

all the stuff you posted don't do much. supplements are good to support your diet not become your diet.
