Im 23, 6'1 202lbs about 14-17% bodyfat, maybe less not to sure.
Clen
Day 1-2: 20mcg
Day 3-4: 40mcg
Day 5-6: 60mcg
Day 7-9: 80mcg
Day 10-12: 40mcg
Day 13-14: 20mcg
2 Weeks on and 2 Weeks off. I don't want to go up to high on clen because its my first time.
T3
Day 1-2: none
Day 3-6: 25mcg (one dose in the AM)
Day 7-10: 50mcg (split into two doses, 8 hrs in between)
Day 11-13: 75mcg (split into three doses, 6 hrs in between)
Day 14-17: 100mcg (split into 4 doses, 4 hrs in between)
Day 18-21: 125mcg (split into 5 doses, 3 hrs in between)
Day 22-25: 100mcg (split into 4 doses, 4 hrs in between)
Day 26-29: 75mcg (split into three doses, 6 hrs in between)
Day 30-33: 50mcg (split into two doses, 8 hrs in between)
Day 34-37: 25mcg (split into two doses, 10hrs in
between)
Day 38-45: 12.5mcg(one dose in the AM)
Questions:
1. When I dose the Clen should I take it all in the morning after my cardio before breakfast or split it everyday in half?
Example- for day 1-2 it says 20mcg so I would take 10mcg at 8am and then 10mcg at 3pm? or take it all in the morning before breakfast?
and then day 7-9 it says 80mcg should I take 40mcg at 8am and then 40mcg at 3pm? and so on
2. Should I take taurine everyday as well with the Clen?
3. Do I take the Clen and t3 together in the AM?
4. By day 30 that will be the end of my two week resting period. Should I got another 14 days of Clen and then stop the same time I stop the t3 or should I completely stop after 2 weeks and continue the t3? I figured I could go one more week of clen from day 30-45 but not sure.
5. Do I need to take a PCT after all of it or no? I heard no need to but I want to be safe as possible.
