    Buttocks volume ... But without too much quads volume

    Hello,

    This is a question for my wify ...


    I would like to know what are things to do for building buttocks volume, without really giving too much quads volume ...

    Going down and heavy on quads gives good buttocks results but quads are getting too big

    so you want a lift that only builds buttocks, but not quads. I am also interested in the responses to your question

    Let me rephrase my friend.

    I didnt say built glutes without leg training, i said built glutes while training legs, but in a way she could minimize quad size

    I been focusing on leg and glute work lately and tried flutters last week..seemed like it worked the glutes well also the cable leg kick backs

    I started doing a heavy stiff leg deadlift after my squat day which is only once a week. I do 2 sets of 6-8 and on the 3rd set I do as many as possible - 8 to 12. I just started doing this to help my hamstrings and glutes but I can say that my ass is sore as hell in the morning (in a good way) If you can do more than 12 on the last set I increase the weight by 5#.

    Weighted step-ups! Make sure the step is high enough you're having to really stretch the glute to step up.

    Uhh.....just squat........and read one of those great magazines that are at gas stations and have Brazilian butt lifts advertised on the front page.

    Smith machine same thing as the squat but your feet in front of you like your sitting on the couch or in a chair your back and butt under the bar and squat bending at the knees squeezing your glutes whole time this will kill it
