New to the forum I have been doing alot of research on do's and dont's of steroid use. I want to start taking them just not sure what direction to go.
A little bit about me, I am 47 years old have been working out 7 days a week for a year straight I have seen some gains just want more out of it.
I am 140lbs as of now gained 10 lbs in the past year
Any pointers would be greatly appreciated
