how much nolvadex?

i have alot of nolvadex on hand and i have heard of people taking it in conjuction with clomid on the post cycle if i do the 300,100,50 clomid cycle how much nolva should take everyday i think i have either 10 or 20 mg pills, mabey one a day?........oh will it hinder my gains?

i'd go with 20mg ed throughout the cycle
it will decrease the water retention

i usually run 10mg ED throughout cycle along with probally 25mg ARomasin depending on my test dosage (800-1200)

post cycle i run it at 20mg with clomid and then about 10mg for 2 more wks post clomid

i wouldnt run novaldex at all until i see signs of gyno, it will inhibit ur gains, AND YES PEOPLE HAVE TOLD ME IT WILL. take it when u see some signs of gyno, unti lthen take proviron at 25 mg/ed and 20 mg of novaldex will literally stop ur gains. i never tried it, but many ppl that i know in real life tell me that it sux throughout a cycle. get some arimidex. but since u have lots of novaldex, might as well use it. but up to u, im jus telling u what i have heared. good luck !
