Here's my diet if I tried to do this:
Am : 1 scoop protein liquid glucosomine / glutamine/ chlorosine (sorry spellin sux). 2 cups cooked oats. 3 slices of toast with butter. 3 eggs.
Snack: Chicken leg, 2 cups 2% milk.
meal 1 : 10 whole egg scramble, 4 oz chicken breast 1 ezekial toast
Snack: Pizza
meal 2 : 6 oz tilapia 1 cup broccolI
Snack: pretzels, milk, pizza
meal 3 : 6 oz tilapia 1 cup rice
Snack: 4 eggs, pizza
meal 4 : 12 oz tilapia 1 cup rice 8 asparagus spears
Snack: pizza, cottage cheese, 16oz juice
meal 5 : 6 oz tilapia 1 cup brocooli
Snack: 2 cups 2% milk with 2 scoops whey isolate, 6 egg whites, 2 yolks, pizza
meal 6 : protein shake 2 scoops liquid glucosomine/glutamine chlorosine (again sorry bad spelling)
Snack: tortilla chips, salsa, pizza
meal 7 : 6 oz tilapia 1 cup brccoli
Meal 8: beef and bean burrito, 2 cups milk, whey isolate
Snack: pizza
