Not sure what people mean by this. If your into ketosis and your test strips are coming up very dark, if you eat a high carb meal of pancakes, syrup, juice , bagels etc does it kick you out quickly and you won't show up as in ketosis on the stick? I would think it would take atleast a day. I'm asking becuase people say to see if diet coke knocks you out. If I drink a diet coke and it knocks me out I won't test posative In an hour?
