I am a 5'3, 135lb female (probably around 20% bf). I seem to lose fat better with lower carb dieting but I've read that you need carbs when taking clen. Are there certain ratios that work better than others? I'm currently eating about 65 grams fat, 65 grams carbs and 135 grams protein/day (just under 1400 calories) and exercising 4 x a week (upper/lower body split). No cardio other than walking my dog every day.
I'm also wondering if it is best to cycle it 2 weeks on/2 weeks off and if I should be taking an EC stack when I'm not taking clenbuterol. (I've read conflicting views on this.) Any insight would be greatly appreciated, thank you![]()
