Test injections and gels at the same Time?

Can you use injections and gels at the same time? I'm very new to all this stuff. I was a pro athlete(5' 8" 142 lbs). Now I'm diagnosed with hypogonadism (test.153). I'm now 206 lbs of gross fat. No energy, losing muscle mass, no libido etc. no matter my diet and exercise I can't lose weight. Now that I'm on test I hope this will change. I tried Testim gels they didn't work super well plus I have a baby and a pregnant wife so the doc gave me test cypionate injections instead. My numbers are now 587. The doc thinks this is a good place to be. I have some test gels left over and if I can get my numbers up just a little more that would be great but I don't know about using both at the same time. Any advice would be great. Thanks.

You could use it but both the gel and the injections are Test. Test is Test. I personally think the potential of getting some of that gel on the baby or your wife wouldn't be worth the benefit of using it. My .02
