Amino acids do they work ?

A quality whey protein will cover all the bases just fine. Better than spending you money on like 1 gram worth of amino caps IMO. Today - you can get 20 grams of Whey with all the BCAA's (with extra Glutamine) for a heluva lot cheaper. Save your money - get a quality whey sup if you are looking for something to offset catabolism, fuel muscle growth and increase your BCAA and overall protein consumption.

I'm surviving.... with reference to the wife, all seems good for now. But like ripsid has said before, who knows how it will be in an hour. If you do a search I've posted all the stats about PRO-RATED about 2 times already. If you can't find it and I'll post it again Monday.
